Three basic components of LCD screen and their characteristics:
1. Glass substrate
It is a kind of thin glass sheet produced by float method with very flat surface. The surface is evaporated with a layer of Zn203 or Sn02 transparent conductive layer, which is the ITO film layer. 2. Liquid crystal material

3. Polarizer
Polarizer, also known as polarizer, is made of plastic film material, coated with a layer of optical pressure-sensitive adhesive, which can be affixed to the surface of the liquid crystal box. There is also a protective film on the surface of the front polarizer, which should be removed when using. The polarizer is afraid of high temperature and high humidity, which may cause depolarization or blistering under high temperature or high humidity conditions.
