3. Uneven color of LCD display: The general phenomenon is color inconsistency, rainbow, that is, uneven color of LCD, rainbow in the middle or at the edge of the bar, and uneven color stripes, mainly in terms of color.
4. The LCD background color is inconsistent: the general phenomenon is that the overall color of LCD is very different from the overall color difference of other LCDs. Generally, compared to the sample, our factory's current process capacity is not up to par.
5. Screen damage: The customer refers to it as broken or broken lenses. The damaged part of the LCD is incomplete, with damaged corners and edges, as well as damaged conductive layers (i.e., the side where the PIN is issued is damaged, which is generally caused by human factors and may be caused by both the company and customers).
6. Poor glass cutting: Y-axis cutting, X-axis splitting causing some protrusions or depressions.
7. Scratches on LCD screen pins: Refers to scratches or cuts on the pins on the PIN side (commonly known as the conductive layer) of the LCD broken code screen, which can cause open circuits, poor conductivity, etc., and are easily caused by customer repairs.
8. Scratches and punctures on the polarizer of the LCD screen: The general phenomenon is referred to as specular or blurry mirror surface in the industry. Namely, the polarizer is damaged or damaged by hard hands such as blades (improper placement and use by customers can cause damage).
9. Water marks on polarizer: There are streaks on the polarizer that need to be visible from the backlight. This is caused by the infiltration of alcohol or acetone when wiping the conductive layer with alcohol or acetone after mounting, and customers may also infiltrate during PIN wiping.
10. No protective film: The protective film on the surface of the polarizer is removed. Usually, the IC is faulty, and when repairing it, it is assumed that the LCD is faulty and removed.
11. Polarizer Bubbles: After mounting, there are small bubbles on the polarizer surface of the LCD, which can affect the usability of the LCD (try to persuade customers to accept).
12. Reverse pasting: The customer refers to it as an incorrect pasting, which refers to the polarizing film being reversed and the one that was supposed to be pasted on the lower film being pasted on the upper film.
13. Bumps and fibers: During the placement process, pollutants such as dust and fibers may fall into the LCD surface or the polarizing area may be contaminated.
14. Polarization plate corrosion: refers to the discoloration or deformation of the polarizer plate caused by chemical reaction with certain liquids and corrosion.
15. Mixing: There are different types and performance products mixed in, different versions mixed in with different models of mixed materials, LCDs from foreign manufacturers, and LCDs from different periods mixed in. The judgment is based on the markings on the conductive layer of the LCD.
