(1) Check the LCD module and product usage
When using the LCD module, pay attention to the consistency between the perspective of the LCD and the purpose of the product. Check the installation direction, and you can find the perspective parameters in the drawing of the LCD module to confirm.
(2) When using, it is necessary to handle it gently
When using, handle it gently. Falling or colliding with hard objects can cause the LCD screen to break or shatter. Pay special attention to the edges and corners.
(3) Be careful to scratch the surface of the LCD module
Due to the presence of a soft polarizer on the surface of the LCD liquid crystal module (a surface that suppresses reflection), care should be taken not to scratch the surface. It is generally recommended to use a transparent plastic material to protect the screen on the surface of the LCD and try to wear a finger cover for operation.
(4) Should be stored within the specified temperature and humidity range
If the LCD liquid crystal module is stored below the specified temperature, the liquid crystal material will condense and its performance will deteriorate. If the LCD liquid crystal module is stored above the specified temperature, the molecular arrangement direction of the liquid crystal material will change to a liquid state, which may not be able to return to its original state. Exceeding the temperature and humidity range can cause the polarizer to peel off or blister. Therefore, the LCD liquid crystal module should be stored within the specified temperature range, and if there is a need for a liquid crystal screen that can still function normally at -40 degrees Celsius and above 85 degrees Celsius.
(5) Timely treat surface stains and maintain cleanliness
If the surface of the LCD liquid crystal module encounters saliva or drips, it should be immediately wiped to avoid color changes or stains after a long time. The use environment should try to avoid excessive moisture, as water vapor can cause ITO electrode corrosion. When cleaning the surface of the LCD screen, it should be lightly wiped with cotton or a soft cloth. If it still cannot be removed, it should be lightly dipped in alcohol before wiping.
(6) Follow the instructions for operation and use
The driver of the LCD liquid crystal module should comply with the specified rated specifications to avoid malfunctions and permanent damage. Applying direct current voltage to liquid crystal materials can cause rapid deterioration of the material. To prevent excessive current from damaging the chip and ensure that the power supply is operated according to the specifications.
